Your current reality is created by a perspective that’s based on your past experiences. Your subconscious mind stores all of your memories in a database to be retrieved whenever they are triggered. All of those beliefs and programs are used to classify what you’re going through and your reaction is a reflection of something that happened to you in the past.

Your emotions are connected to those experiences and are the best way of gaining awareness to reprogram your limiting beliefs. When you understand how you are feeling, you can trace that back to a core memory that needs to be healed and rewritten.

When you choose to focus only on the symptoms showing up in your life, you’ll always stay stuck in surface level issues that will keep coming back in one way or another.

Have you ever gone on a diet – when the real reason you are gaining weight is because you are eating to cope with your emotions? Have you ever started a budget – but the actual reason why you keep spending money is because shopping distracts you and makes you feel better in the moment?

Whenever you feel a lower vibration emotion, it triggers an experience from your past. Then you automatically and subconsciously play out the pattern again and again.

When you choose to uncover those belief systems you can choose to react intentionally, taking back your power.

Because your body is surrounded by an energy field, it stores all of your experiences and the genetic patterns passed down from your parents and grandparents. You can literally feel where those energy blocks are in, on, or around your body when you tune in and ask for that awareness.

The more you learn about your subconscious patterns, the easier it is to reprogram them.

Anytime you start to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, or triggered by an experience- take these steps to understand why:

  1. What emotion am I feeling?
  2. When was the first time I felt this emotion?
  3. What experience in my childhood is attached to this emotion?
  4. Where do I feel this emotion in my energy field?
  5. Who does this emotion come from?

Once you journal through those answers and gain that awareness, you can move forward into the next steps of the healing process. Clearing energy is easy, but you have to understand that foundation first!
